Do you Have Insurance? 

Yes, we do. We have 2 million in liability insurance. We take care of your home and treat it as if it were our own. 

Do we stay at home?

When do you work? 

We typically work 8 am - 6 pm. However, we understand that life is busy so we are willing to adapt to our customer's needs. Once we start on your project we are there until it is completed. 

What are the costs?

You are welcome to remain home. However, don't waste your days off...You could use them for a vacation. Usually, clients provide a key or garage code if we require to work inside. If you have pets that are friendly we can also let them out into your yard and bring them back in. 

Each and every job is different. Some jobs require more time and others require specific materials or custom fitting/designing. 

How many workers?

Depending on the size of the job we vary in how many workers we require on-site. If you need a job done within a certain time frame we may need more workers to get it done. However, Orbit Renovations strives to limit the number of workers at your house. 

What if you need to sub-contract?

If we are required to sub-contract we ensure our contractors are AAAA quality, licensed, background checked, and insured. We will also tell you what/whom we are using.  

What are your payment Terms?

How do you manage projects?

We require a 20% downpayment to begin work once the quote has been approved and the contract has been signed. Bigger jobs over $10,000 will have two payments after the downpayment of 40% halfway and 40% upon completion. Smaller jobs less than $10,000 will be 80% upon completion of the job. 

We collaborate with our customers throughout the entire project. With our experience in project management, we ensure that the client is engaged and satisfied at each stage of the project.
